IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our turnaround time for receiving your item is about 1-2 weeks. We typically use USPS for smaller items and UPS for our larger/heavier items. If you need your item sooner, we offer two ways to rush your item at an additional charge. We also offer a rush production on your item (depending on how fast your need your item will determine the upgrade price) and we offer a shipping rush which will upgrade your shipping from first class or priority to a faster service. If you need either of these options, please send us a message before ordering so we can make sure we are able to handle your request.

HANGING RECOMMENDATIONS

While we sell our items with unfinished backs, we do offer to drill one or two holes for no extra cost upon request. Other customers have had success with hanging by using command strips or installing a frame hanger. However, due to liability, we are unable to install or endorse a particular option. We are also not liable to replace a sign broken if you chose to hang it and damage occurs.

ABOUT OUR WOOD MATERIALS

We use birch plywood for most of the pieces in our shop. Please keep in mind that each batch of wood will have slightly different hues and due to the fact that each item is custom made to order no two pieces will look the same or are created the same. In addition depending on what screen you are using to browse our products tones may be slightly different as well. Please also note that wood naturally has defects. Not every board is the same. There may be knots, wood grain, cracks, missing chunks, and natural imperfections in your wood as this is a natural element. There will be different shades and darkness of each individual piece. We do our best to try to get them as similar as possible however it is impossible to make any two pieces exact. As always please send us a message prior to your order if you have a specific question about the current wood tones we have in stock.

In addition, if there is a specific color or a stain not listed, we would be happy to try to accommodate your request if possible. Small fees may be required for these upgrades to cover the extra material we will have to purchase.
