THINGS TO KNOW/ DETAILS Brushes are made from bamboo wood and the cat brush measures about 6.3'' x3.15" with the rectangle one measuring about 7.25"x2.25." Make sure you put in the personalization exact spelling including if you want the first letter capitalized. Failure to do so can result in a delay in your order. The brushes "abby" and "harper" in the photo examples are an upgraded font choice that falls under "custom other." If you chose this option and would like a proof please put a note in your order and I am happy to do so. IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION Our turnaround time for receiving your item is about 1-2 weeks. We typically use USPS for smaller items and UPS for our larger/heavier items. If you need your item sooner, we offer two ways to rush your item at an additional charge. In addition depending on what screen you are using to browse our products tones may be slightly different as well. Please also note that wood naturally has defects. Not every board is the same. There may be knots, wood grain, cracks, missing chunks, and natural imperfections in your wood as this is a natural element. There will be different shades and darkness of each individual piece. We do our best to try to get them as similar as possible however it is impossible to make any two pieces exact.
